Orders must be paid-in-full with a credit card. We accept:

Claims for orders with damage(s) or other discrepancies in a shipment must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your order.


You will have 15 days from the receipt of your order to contact us regarding any return/exchange requests. Please contact us via e-mail or phone in order for us to review the requested return.  Upon review, if we determine that the return is justified, we will send you a RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number and instructions for the return of the product. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted.

To ensure the fastest return and refund process possible, please make sure of the following before sending back your package:

  • The item should be in its original box and original packaging
  • The item must be in re-sellable condition
  • The item must not have been assembled, installed or used
  • The product must be returned with all of its parts (and manuals if applicable)
  • Any type of plastic covering or clam-shell should not be broken or damaged

Should the return not meet the above listed guidelines, the refund amount may be reduced or the return may be refused with no refund, based on our discretion.

Returns and refused packages will incur, at minimum, a 15% restocking fee. Oversized items and products over 150 lbs. will incur a restocking fee of $25.00 or 20%, whichever is greater. Return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility and any original shipping charges from the original order are not refundable.

Some products are not returnable for any reason, per the manufacturer's request and you may be directed to the manufacturer for resolution. Please understand that we have no control over this, but will assist you through the process as best we can.


Please contact us immediately if you have not yet received your order and would like to cancel it.  If your order is already in transit you must request a RMA number and you will incur, at minimum, a 15% restocking fee.  If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.
